Booking<\/strong>

The booking of the holiday apartment is made through the landlord\u2019s website. The tenant can select the desired period there and will receive a confirmation by email with all relevant information after completing the booking. The booking becomes binding only upon payment of the deposit.

Prices and Payment
<\/strong>
\u2022 The rental price is seasonal and varies depending on the travel period. The current seasonal prices are always available on the landlord\u2019s website and are transparently displayed during the booking process.
\u2022 A one-time final cleaning fee of 85 EUR will be charged additionally.
\u2022 A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due within 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation. If payment is not made within this period, the landlord reserves the right to reassign the reservation.
\u2022 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
\u2022 If the booking is made less than 14 days before the arrival date, the full rental price is due immediately.

Cancellation
<\/strong>
Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following fees apply:
\u2022 More than 35 days before arrival: Free of charge
\u2022 21 to 35 days: 25% of the rental price
\u2022 14 to 21 days: 50% of the rental price
\u2022 Less than 14 days or no-show: 100% of the rental price

If the landlord manages to rent the accommodation for the cancelled period, the cancellation fee will be reduced or waived.
The tenant may nominate a replacement tenant, who will enter into the rental agreement under the same conditions.

Arrival and Departure
<\/strong>
\u2022 Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM and is done via a contactless check-in through a key box. Detailed instructions for key handover will be provided before arrival.
\u2022 Departure must occur by 11:00 AM at the latest. The tenant is required to leave the apartment broom-clean and return the main key to the key box.

Use of the Accommodation
<\/strong>
\u2022 The holiday apartment is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
\u2022 Small pets are only allowed upon prior agreement.
\u2022 Use of the communal facilities (e.g., pools, tennis courts, table tennis) is available during the stay.
\u2022 The holiday apartment may only be used by the number of people stated in the booking.

Damages & Liability
<\/strong>
\u2022 Damages or defects must be reported to the landlord immediately. Self-repair by the tenant is not allowed.
\u2022 The tenant is liable for damages caused by them or their companions. Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.
\u2022 The landlord is not liable for lost or stolen personal items of the tenant.

Miscellaneous<\/strong>

German law applies.
