Booking

The booking of the holiday apartment is made through the landlord’s website. The tenant can select the desired period there and will receive a confirmation by email with all relevant information after completing the booking. The booking becomes binding only upon payment of the deposit.

Prices and Payment

• The rental price is seasonal and varies depending on the travel period. The current seasonal prices are always available on the landlord’s website and are transparently displayed during the booking process.
• A one-time final cleaning fee of 85 EUR will be charged additionally.
• A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due within 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation. If payment is not made within this period, the landlord reserves the right to reassign the reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
• If the booking is made less than 14 days before the arrival date, the full rental price is due immediately.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following fees apply:
• More than 35 days before arrival: Free of charge
• 21 to 35 days: 25% of the rental price
• 14 to 21 days: 50% of the rental price
• Less than 14 days or no-show: 100% of the rental price

If the landlord manages to rent the accommodation for the cancelled period, the cancellation fee will be reduced or waived.
The tenant may nominate a replacement tenant, who will enter into the rental agreement under the same conditions.

Arrival and Departure

• Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM and is done via a contactless check-in through a key box. Detailed instructions for key handover will be provided before arrival.
• Departure must occur by 11:00 AM at the latest. The tenant is required to leave the apartment broom-clean and return the main key to the key box.

Use of the Accommodation

• The holiday apartment is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
• Small pets are only allowed upon prior agreement.
• Use of the communal facilities (e.g., pools, tennis courts, table tennis) is available during the stay.
• The holiday apartment may only be used by the number of people stated in the booking.

Damages & Liability

• Damages or defects must be reported to the landlord immediately. Self-repair by the tenant is not allowed.
• The tenant is liable for damages caused by them or their companions. Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.
• The landlord is not liable for lost or stolen personal items of the tenant.

Miscellaneous

German law applies.
As far as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the landlord’s place of residence.
